ABOUT ME
I am excited to welcome you on my homepage. My name is Alessia Hausheer. I am Swiss
with roots in Zurich and Ticino. I am a passionate Yogini, nature lover, as well as live
music, food, travel, spinning and much more.
I started practicing yoga a few years ago during a difficult time in my life and would not
want to miss it anymore. Yoga is my “safe place”. Through yoga I got to really know
myself. Yoga is a beautiful journey inward. A journey to the soul, our true being.
I am a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher. (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) The teacher training
was held at the most up to date medical standards. Yoga and its teaching is minimum
2,000 years old. Therefore I believe it is important, to health wise be at the newest state
of science.
I am very grateful to have made yoga a major part of my life. It is a heartfelt wish to share
yoga. From my own experience I know, practicing can change life in general for the
better. The asana practice does not only improve the physical fitness and flexibility, but
also broadens one’s horizon.
It is not possible to plan or control life and the events accruing. But we can nourish
ourselves, get aligned and stronger, to be able to react calmer. Being able to let go.
Being able to trust. Get less influenced by the outside, and much more.
Everyone has a different perception and truth. Maybe you would like to find out with me,
what Yoga means to you. I hope to welcome you on the mat soon.
